We engaged Argeron to design a brochure for our adoption outreach process. Sam, our designer, contacted us immediately and set up a conference call. We reviewed some examples and she quickly understood what we were looking for. We wanted to add a Spanish version also, and Sam engaged a Spanish language copy editor to help with that. We established an iterative process to review drafts, incorporate feedback, and review the final proof before printing the final products. All went according to plan and schedule. Sam solicited feedback at each step and incorporated it quickly into the design. There were many details to work through—but Argeron completed the work in just a few weeks, and finished product was exactly what we were looking for. Most of their clients are online; I live in Oceanside though, and Samantha – the owner – met with me at my home to talk with me about what I needed (I’m just starting a business, and needed some pictures retouched). She also answered my emails promptly on weekends and even holidays!
When you talk with them, they’ll give you their questionnaire. It looked like a lot of questions, but it actually made me think about my business and what I need to know to succeed, like what my mission/vision is – I didn’t have a clear-cut answer before, just knew I wanted to sell stuff…I used the answers to those questions to complete my business plan.
